Only cleared volunteers are allowed to volunteer on any intramural team. A list of cleared volunteers will be released each season to eligible volunteers. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding with this matter.
All intramural volunteers are REQUIRED to have the following clearances uploaded/submitted to the proper platform by a given date each season. Directions for submitting clearances, as well as completing the video courses, will be emailed to all volunteers. If ALL proper clearances are not properly submitted by the given seasonal deadline, you will be charged for the season and unable to volunteer for that season.
All volunteers will be required to submit/upload clearances to the proper platform by approximately August 20 of each Fall season and approximately March 10 of each Spring season. No exceptions will be made.

Additionally, there will be two to three video courses that must be completed. These clearances MUST be valid for the entire season and are valid for up to one year. Returning coaches are responsible for making sure their clearances are valid for the entire season.

Finally, beginning Spring 2023, all volunteers are required to attend a mandatory volunteer meeting each season.
